Sherwood Lakes HOA Meeting Records

The regular meeting of the Sherwood Lakes Homeowners Association was conducted on this 15th of September, two thousand twenty-three. The meeting was led by HOA President Jones, with attendance of homeowners in participation.

Upon the call to order, the record from the previous meeting were examined and approved with a few amendments.

  • Mr. Davis, gave a summarized financial update outlining the current situation of the homeowner association's funds.
  • A number of homeowners raised concerns regarding recent developments in the neighborhood, specifically the proposed playground construction and parking regulations.
  • President Smith addressed the homeowner's concerns, providing updates about the plans.

Following the dialogue, the meeting was adjourned. The next HOA meeting is scheduled for November, at a later date.

Considered Amendments to Sherwood Lakes Covenants

The HOA is currently discussing several proposed amendments to the existing covenants for Sherwood Lakes. These proposed modifications are designed to strengthen the standard of life for all residents while addressing ongoing concerns and encouraging a thriving community.

  • Within the proposed amendments are regulations related to exterior aesthetics, quiet hours, and vehicle placement.
  • The HOA encourages all residents to review the proposed amendments carefully and provide their suggestions by September 1st.
  • A community forum will be held on September 8th to discuss the proposed amendments in further elaboration.

Sherwood Lakes Community Beautification Project

Our passionate community members are coming together to make Sherwood Lakes a website more picturesque place to live. The Beautification Project aims to transform the visual appeal of our community by planting trees, cleaning up public spaces, and encouraging a sense of pride.

We're actively working on various projects, including the revitalization of our central park. We invite you to participate in making Sherwood Lakes a truly beautiful place to call home.

Sherwood Lakes Community Board Voting

Greetings residents of Sherwood Lakes! The annual election for the Homeowner’s Association (HOA) board is happening soon. This year, we encourage all homeowners to take part in shaping the future of our community by casting their vote.

The election will be held on Wednesday, October 25th, with voting taking place from noon to 8:00 PM at the Neighborhood Clubhouse.

A list of the running candidates and their platforms will be made available on the HOA website and distributed via email/sent to residents in a packet by September 20th. For any questions or concerns regarding the election process, please send an email to the HOA. We look forward to a successful and democratic election!

Community Security Project for Sherwood Lakes Residents

Enhance the safety and security of our welcoming community with a dedicated Neighborhood Watch program. Through collaboratively participating, residents can help deter crime, keep an eye on one another's properties, and foster a stronger sense of community. Meetings will be held regularly to share information.
